Adult Crisis Stabilization helps prevent emergency room visits and assists people as they step down from inpatient hospitalizations. Last year we served 141 people who otherwise would have had to visit the ER for mental health reasons. Working closely with Mental health Urgent Care and other community supports, Adult Crisis Stabilization is a critical part of Vermont's system of care.

The Clinical Supervisor position is a blend of clinical work, supervision and program leadership. Duties include clinical oversight, program operations, conducting clinical and/or crisis assessments, developing treatment plans, internal and external staff and community training, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and direct staff supervision.

Clinical Supervisor – Crisis Stabilization

• Provides direct client service including assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, referral and crisis response; provides clinical consultation
• Hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing staff support
• Data entry and monitoring of outcomes, clinical auditing
• Administrative tasks: to include but not limited to managing schedule as needed
• Rotation in on call supervisor coverage and shift coverage is expected as needed

• Must be Rostered in Vermont. Working toward clinical licensure strongly
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Strong managerial and clinical skills
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle

• Full-time
• Salary starting at $66,167.11
