As a Physical Therapist at Birchwood Terrace, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. You'll work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to the latest treatment technologies and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, including physical therapy interventions, modalities, and exercises
