As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's staffing needs are met. Your expertise will help us maintain a stable and efficient workforce, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

• Plan, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy to meet our company's evolving needs
• Monitor staffing needs and take proactive actions to ensure we have the right staff, at the right time, for each facility
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to fill open positions and ensure a stable workforce
• Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop targeted strategies to attract top talent
• Assist in candidate screening and interviewing to ensure we hire the best candidates for our team
• Design and plan work shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and employee satisfaction
• Create, present, and submit reports to management to provide insights into our staffing operations

• 1-year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of staffing policies and procedures
• Long-term care facility experience preferred, with knowledge of the unique staffing challenges and opportunities in this sector
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and vendors
• Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
