Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of complex projects on time, within budget, and within defined scope. This role leads execution from order intake through final delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer stakeholders. The Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and provides clear visibility into project performance and risks. This role supports projects involving advanced power electronics and energy infrastructure solutions that enable reliable, efficient power delivery for mission-critical environments such as data centers, industrial systems, and smart infrastructure.
Success in this position requires strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage technical and operational complexity while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Meet with customers to gather detailed project requirements and clarify technical, commercial, and delivery expectations
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and status reporting
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and effective utilization across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
- Track project performance against short- and long-term goals, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Make informed adjustments to project constraints based on schedule, cost, and financial analysis
- Communicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates regularly to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Escalate issues and risks to management as appropriate, with clear mitigation plans
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and satisfaction
- Perform proactive risk management to minimize project, technical, and delivery risks
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent relevant professional experience)
- Proven ability to operate as a team player in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated personal and professional integrity with strong accountability for outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization, including customers, suppliers, and external partners
This is an individual contributor role responsible for executing complex, customer-facing programs involving engineered power and energy solutions. The Project Manager owns scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver predictable outcomes. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer success, enabling scalable infrastructure solutions, and driving continued growth in energy-intensive and mission-critical markets.
