Senior SQL Developer
Design, develop, and support SQL-based reporting and data solutions that enable day-to-day operations, management insight, and regulatory reporting. The role operates primarily within Microsoft SQL Server environments supporting commercial off-the-shelf applications (including Credible and Methasoft) and internal data needs. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with some days on site in Burlington, VT.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support SQL-based reporting solutions, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), operational reports, and data extracts.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting, integrations, and operational data needs.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate reporting and operational requirements into accurate, efficient SQL solutions.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc operational, management, and regulatory reporting.
- Support limited Power BI use cases and contribute to the gradual evolution of reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Develop and maintain custom data-related components, interfaces, and utilities that support reporting and operational workflows.
- Work within existing SQL Server environments to support database performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server in a production environment.
- Significant experience supporting reporting and data operations using SQL-based approaches.
- Experience developing and supporting SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience supporting vendor-provided enterprise applications and working with internal stakeholders.

- Salary starting at $88,538.22
- We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience.
