Job Description:

We are looking for a DSS L1 / Desktop Support Engineer for a 5-month full-time project in Burlington, Massachusetts, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop and deskside support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Support Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Handle user account administration and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and applications.
• Resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and end-user computing environments.
• Coordinate with remote technical teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets.
• Ensure compliance with client IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Service Now or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis.

Onboarding & Compliance:

• Onsite onboarding will be provided.
• Engineer badge will be issued by the client.
• Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.
• Candidate must have valid authorization to work in the USA and possess all required legal documentation.
