About the RoleSenior Business Analyst supporting a patient‑centric digital platform program. Ideal for a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about delivering impactful digital solutions.
Your Role- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery teams to ensure a shared understanding and alignment.
- Coordinate activities between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and working sessions; track actions, decisions, and follow‑ups to drive progress.
- Actively support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and testing teams.
- Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage evolving business needs, including documenting and communicating scope changes effectively.
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience in life sciences, biopharma, or healthcare environments, preferably supporting patient‑centric or digital health initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across geographically distributed teams.
The base compensation range for this role is $82,082 ‑ $164,164. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
