We're looking for a Senior Rev Ops Strategist who can lead complex Hub Spot engagements from strategy through implementation. You'll partner directly with clients to design revenue operations solutions, optimize customer lifecycle processes, and help them get more value from Hub Spot.

• Design and implement Hub Spot solutions, including configurations, integrations, migrations, automations, reporting, and data management
• Drive revenue operations strategy across the customer lifecycle, including lead routing, nurturing, and management processes
• Build marketing and sales reporting that helps clients understand funnel performance, pipeline health, and customer retention
• Lead client onboarding and project delivery by managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and communication
• Deliver client training and enablement to drive Hub Spot adoption and reinforce best practices

Required

• 3+ years leading complex, multi‑hub Hub Spot solutions within an agency or consulting environment
• Advanced proficiency across multiple Hubs, with proven experience designing and implementing cross‑Hub systems
• Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience translating business goals into scalable Hub Spot architectures
• Proven ability to manage concurrent complex client engagements from kick‑off through delivery
• Alignment with New Breed's Core Values and collaborative culture
