Supply Chain Material Handler assignment for a 16-week contract working 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday. This role supports hospital supply chain operations by managing unit distribution, linen deliveries, inventory movement, and material handling across approximately 46 units with combined weekly deliveries totaling around 65 units. The Material Handler will coordinate timely deliveries, maintain inventory flow, and ensure efficient movement of medical and operational supplies throughout the facility using mobile ERP systems and material handling equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supply chain or material handling experience required
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• CDL A or CDL B preferred
• 26-foot box truck experience preferred
• Experience with inventory distribution and delivery operations preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, push carts, U-boats, scanners, and mobile devices required
• Experience using ERP systems, handheld scanners, or inventory management systems preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• Ability to meet daily order and delivery deadlines required
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and transport materials safely throughout the facility required

The Material Handler will manage supply distribution, linen deliveries, requisition fulfillment, purchase order deliveries, and inventory movement throughout the hospital environment. Responsibilities include transporting supplies using push carts, pallet jacks, and U-boats; utilizing mobile ERP systems, scanners, and iPads for inventory tracking and order processing; and ensuring timely delivery completion according to established daily cutoff schedules. The Material Handler will communicate with team members and coordinators regarding delivery status, maintain organized inventory movement workflows, and support efficient supply chain operations while following safety and facility procedures.
