Jobs/Responsibilities: The Director of Program Services ensures seamless, culturally appropriate, and effective delivery of services of those accessing all Steps to End Domestic Violence programs. The Director of Program Services is primarily responsible for management of our 24.7 hotline, as well as oversight and supervision for our legal program and family program. The Director of Program Services is responsible for maintaining the State and Federal Grants funding these programs.
The Director of Programs works collaboratively with other Steps leadership and reports to the Executive Director.
This full-time position (40 hours per week) is paid between $65,750-$87,450 based on experience and is eligible for a generous benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision and life insurance, 403b plan, 312 hours PTO and 10 Holidays.
