Provide administrative guidance, oversight, supervision and leadership for the College of Arts & Sciences College Administrative Services ( CAS – CAS ) Human Resources/Faculty Actions structure in the areas of human resources actions, faculty workload, enrollment management, and schedule of courses support for departments and programs in the College of Arts & Sciences. Coordinate and collaborate with Business Office, Student Services/Enrollment Management, and department chairs with the enrollment management, schedule of courses, Banner entry, and faculty workload process.
Interpret, communicate, and ensure policies, procedures and timelines are adhered to. Supervise team, coordinating assignments, goals, and work priorities for depts, and oversee onboarding and training. Coordinate support with college, department chairs, school and program directors to ensure college, department, school, program, faculty, staff and student needs are met. Create, establish, implement, train, and oversee organizational systems, policies, processes, develop workflow and structures as part of the College Administrative Services leadership team.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and three years’ related leadership/management/supervisory and customer service experience required. Proficiency with HRIS productivity applications and data management systems required. Effective writing and communication skills required. Ability to work in a team environment, coordinate complex projects, attend to detail with accuracy, take initiative, and utilize effective organizational skills required.
Desirable QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel desirable.
Anticipated Pay Range$75,000 - $85,000 based on experience

A probationary period may be required. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy. Background Check required for this position.
