Plant Operations Director / Director of Facilities & Engineering
35 miles south of Burlington

Leadership role overseeing plant operations across multiple healthcare locations. This is your opportunity to safeguard critical hospital infrastructure, ensure regulatory excellence, and lead a skilled facilities team dedicated to supporting exceptional patient care.

• Executive-level oversight of Maintenance, Biomed, and Hazardous Waste across multiple sites
• Strategic leadership role partnering with senior leaders
• Influence major facility projects, safety initiatives, and regulatory readiness
• Membership on the Facilities Leadership Council

• Lead all Engineering/Maintenance operations to ensure safe, compliant facilities
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, medical equipment, utility systems, and grounds
• Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, Life Safety Codes, and regulatory standards
• Direct hazardous materials and safety management programs
• Coach and manage Plant Operations managers and technicians
• Drive cost controls, productivity improvement, and strategic initiatives

• Be able to do the job as described.
• 5+ years of Facilities Management experience in a hospital setting
• CHFM certification preferred but not a must
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, and hazardous materials management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Proven success in business strategy, cost control, and performance leadership
