Job Description
Shift: B Shift – 12-Hour Nights (Sunday–Tuesday & Every Other Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Schedule:
rotating 3/4-day workweeks
Competitive pay range of $24–$36/hour based on experience
Join a global leader in precision injection molding as a Process Technician.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily injection molding operations and ensure optimal machine performance
- Optimize production processes to meet quality and output targets
- Maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and maintain molding equipment to reduce downtime
- Conduct internal process audits and sustain 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance for product validation and release
- Monitor key production metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Supervise material handling procedures and inventory control
- Provide leadership support during shift operations as needed
- Prior experience in injection molding, preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing setting
- Solid mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Strong math and problem‑solving capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work standing for long periods
- Willingness to work overtime and weekend shifts when needed
