Join Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company, as a Transformer Assembly Technician and help build the transformers that go into our high-power rectifiers, cast transformers, and oil-filled transformers. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on mechanical experience or a strong mechanical aptitude. You'll make $20 to $30 per hour, get a $2000 signing bonus, AND you'll be eligible for ALL benefits on your first day!
** What You'll Be Doing
** On an average day, you’ll
* Measure and adjust coil windings, spacing and blocking according to engineering specifications.
* Assemble and finish transformer coils, incl. interphases, chokes, and core assemblies.
* Complete interleaving and stacking of transformer core yokes.
* Operate varnish dipping, vacuum, and bake oven equipment as part of the finishing process.
* Put safety first, all day every day.
** What You Need To Apply
*** High school diploma or equivalent experience
* Mechanical aptitude and experience
* Gas brazing and soldering experience preferred
* Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and parts list###

** The pay range for this role is $20 to $30 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your level of experience in similar roles. ** This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
