- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced SDU setting, monitoring and managing patients with complex conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed; observe and document patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to handle emergent situations effectively.
Skills needed include excellent communication, adaptability, and strong clinical judgment.
