Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN to provide outpatient dialysis care to chronic renal patients. The nurse will deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to schedule and schedule flexibility requirements, including floating to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments to ESRD patients in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete all required documentation accurately within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Float between facilities as needed, including St. Albans and Berlin, to support staffing needs.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including proper infection control and equipment procedures.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, working 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Hold current AHA BLS certification.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in outpatient care.
• Demonstrate prior travel experience preferred.
• Possess recent EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years.
• Be flexible with shifts and locations, including floating duties.
• Have reliable transportation, equipped for seasonal weather conditions.
