LPN Overnight Cover

Are you a compassionate and dedicated LPN nurse seeking a rewarding career? The Converse Home, a warm and welcoming assisted living community in Burlington, VT, is looking for an overnight LPN to cover shifts from 10:30 PM to 7 AM with every other weekend.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.

• Must have a current LPN license in the state of Vermont.
• Experience in assisted living, long‑term care, or a related setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
