Travel Registered Nurse, Med Surg Telemetry

Job Overview

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med Surg / Telemetry specialty for a 13‑week travel nursing assignment in Burlington, North Carolina. The assignment begins 1 June 2026.

• Start Date: 06/01/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week (3x12‑hour night shifts)
• Shift: 19:00 – 07:30, every other weekend and holidays as needed
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry

• Monitor patients with telemetry and provide remote monitoring.
• Administer and manage blood products, central lines, peripheral lines, and PICC lines.
• Conduct assessments and care for patients with CVA and chronic comorbidities.
• Maintain a nursing ratio of 1:5‑6.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
• Manage feeding tubes, administer blood products, and provide comprehensive patient care following isolation precautions and wound care protocols.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system mandatory.
• Telemetry experience, with on‑unit monitoring preferred.

Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts (36.0 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Total compensation will be confirmed during onboarding.
