Hours per week: 36 hours
Shift: 12 hours, nights (3x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:30 with weekend rotation and holidays as needed)

• Manage comprehensive care for cardiac patients with conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and arrhythmias.
• Perform pre and post-cardiac catheterization care and monitoring.
• Administer cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, including telemetry monitoring.
• Conduct procedural sedation and assist with procedures such as chest tube management and tracheostomy care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiac progressive care unit.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS preferred.
• Comfortable working with a 1:5 patient ratio, including administering drips and managing BIPAP.
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system required.
