Responsible for providing direct patient care in a dialysis setting, utilizing the nursing process according to facility-specific duties.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care, perform patient assessments, and ensure safety during dialysis procedures. Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 80 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods. Maintain compliance with safety protocols related to chemicals, radiation, and infectious materials.
Qualifications & SkillsGraduate of an RN program, current unrestricted RN license, and prior RN work experience. Must possess BLS certification and complete a competency exam for onboarding.
Work EnvironmentExposure to physical activity and potential hazards such as chemicals, radiation, and pathogens.
