TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel RN for the Emergency Department in Burlington, North Carolina.

• Work with a diverse team of caregivers to evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical operations.
• Advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries and plan long-term care needs.
• Document medical history and check for allergies.
• Obtain patient vital signs and monitor emotional and physical well-being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH certifications (minimum 2 years).
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning assignment.

• Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
