Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to service teams, including fostering collaborative approach to service delivery, training on regulatory updates and changes, and oversight of the approved services
- Coordinates with nursing staff regarding medications, training, and consultation
- Conducts regular meetings with client teams
- Recruits, trains, and supervises residential staff
- Monitors utilization of service and facilities transition planning as needed
- Completes and reviews required program documentation
- Provides evening and weekend on‑call support in a team rotation
- Develops, coordinates, executes, and evaluates intervention and behavioral support strategies to support clients’ and community safety, and the physical wellbeing of clients
- Monitors the budget of the residence
- Coordinates and provides direct support as needed
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned
- Driving required
- Six years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services
- Qualified Development Disability Professional
- Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle
- Full time (37.5 hours)
- Exempt
- Annual salary starting at $49,493.17
