Shift Times- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
$22.00 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience)
Per‑Diem Rate: $22.50 per hour
Pay in Lieu of Benefits: earn an additional 10%
Shift differentials: up to $1.75 per hour

As an LNA, you will provide personal and clinical care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your role is essential to maintaining residents’ physical comfort and emotional well‑being.
Responsibilities- Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
- Assist residents with turning, positioning, and ambulation
- Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food & fluid intake and output as directed
- Conform to LNA job responsibilities and documentation procedures
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to contribute to residents’ plans of care
- Document restorative services provided
- Perform other assigned tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid LNA license in Vermont or a reciprocal state
- Minimum of six months experience in a long‑term care environment (preferred)
- Ability to react decisively in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- Demonstrates responsibility and ownership of quality care
- Active LNA license in the state of Vermont (or reciprocity)
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level
