American Traveler Staffing Professionals™ is seeking an experienced OR RN with strong orthopedic surgical skills and Epic proficiency for a 13‑week travel assignment at a large, Level 1 trauma academic medical center in Burlington, VT.

  Burlington, VT – large, 500+ bed Level 1 trauma academic medical center
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP (actual start typically 3–4 weeks from offer)
• Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Rotating 12‑hour day/evening shifts, 36 hrs/week, Sunday–Saturday
• Schedule:
  
  Three day shifts plus one off shift (options 0845–1915, 1045–2115, or 1245–2315); one weekday call per week plus one 24‑hour call per 4‑week block; no block scheduling; no floating required
• Pay: $2,920/week, assignment total $37,960, annual equivalent $151,840
• Stipend:
  Lodging $128/day ($896 7 days), Meals & Incidentals $68/day ($476 7 days)

• Hospital‑based Operating Room setting at a 500+ bed Level 1 trauma academic medical center
• Strong orthopedic surgical skills required; able to scrub all general OR specialties, including GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, laparoscopic, trauma, thoracic, and vascular (CVOR excluded)
• Both circulating and scrubbing skills required
• Epic EMR used; recent experience required

• Active RN license – VT or compact required; NY candidates considered with proof of pending NY license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years OR RN experience, including in a large (500+ bed) Level 1 trauma hospital
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years (non‑negotiable)
• Proficient in circulating and scrubbing roles across all applicable specialties
• At least two professional references (Nurse Manager or Supervisor) – one from within the past 6 months, one from within the past year
• SSN and DOB required
• Reliable personal transportation required (public transportation unavailable)

• Flexible scheduling to meet unit and patient care needs
• Bi‑weekly orientations held on Mondays
• Employment gaps >90 days must be explained
• Local candidates accepted; distance may affect pay rate eligibility (straight‑line distance)

Estimated weekly pay range: $2,628–$2,920. The $2,920 figure is the higher end of the range.
