We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) for a travel assignment in Burlington, VT.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect nursing care during cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeries.
- Collaborate with the surgical team.
- Prepare the operating room and assemble equipment and supplies.
- Ensure sterile procedures are followed.
- Assist with patient positioning.
- Monitor patient status.
- Handle specimens.
- Coordinate post‑surgical care.
- Minimum one year of recent CVOR RN experience.
- Valid RN license.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and strong communication skills.
- Physical agility and ability to work under pressure.
