Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Registered Nurse

Seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to cardiac and medical patients in a dynamic hospital setting. The nurse will monitor vital signs, interpret EKGs, and deliver comprehensive patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor telemetry equipment and detect any arrhythmias or cardiac issues.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Educate patients and families regarding their health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions accurately.

• Possess a valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Have at least 2 years of recent telemetry or cardiac care experience.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting EKGs and cardiac rhythms.
• Have experience using electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
• Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
