Requirements:
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of unit experience required
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification required prior to start
- Epic experience from within the past 2 years required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a neurosurgical and surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Compliance / Notes:
- Must start within the next two weeks.
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is required.
