Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)
OR RN: 12

Hr Nights. Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule.

Requirements:
" Prior travel experience required
" Must have 2 years experience in unit
" Must have large trauma level 1 experience
" EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
" Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet
" Strong experience required:
Gen OR;
Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma

Additional Information:
" IVS to OFFER
" Monday to Sunday
" No block schedules for any reason
" Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
" Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
" This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
