Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for OR care in a trauma Level 1 facility. The role involves circulating and scrubbing across various surgical specialties, with a focus on trauma and high-acuity cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide competent circulating and scrubbing services for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Assist in trauma and complex surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of intraoperative activities and patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient operative workflows.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and clinical guidelines throughout procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility with schedule, including nights, weekends, and call shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of OR nursing experience in a high-volume trauma Level 1 facility.
• Required to have recent EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years.
• Skilled in circulating and scrub roles, with documented skills checklists.
• Extensive experience with general OR procedures, including ortho, URO, oncology, neuro, cardiovascular, and robotics.
• Must have prior travel experience with reliability in transportation.
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and shift demands.
