Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)

OR RN: 12

Hr Nights. Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule.

• Prior travel experience required
• Must have 2 years experience in unit
• Must have large trauma level 1 experience
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
• Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet
• Strong experience required:
  Gen OR;
  Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma

• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

• Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
• Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
