Role:
Registered Nurse on the McClure 5 Neurosurgery Unit
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care to neurosurgical and complex medical patients
- Conduct assessments, neuro and post-operative monitoring
- Administer medications and coordinate patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff
- Educate patients and families, support safe discharges
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in neurosurgery or complex medical care preferred
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and medication administration skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and education
