Qualifications:Current unencumbered State of Vermont CNA License
Strong communication skills to communicate with residents, nurses, and staff
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Critical-thinking skills
Ability to handle different situations with tact and professionalism
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including serving meals, feeding patients, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients
Provide physical care, including baths, hair care, oral care, back care, and elimination care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients
Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output
Perform routine perineal and incontinence care
Observe and report any changes in a patient's general condition
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe patient environment
Complete daily documentation accurately on required forms
Demonstrate flexibility in accepting different assignments
