Comments And Notes:
Replacement. Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)

Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

OR RN:
Rotating between day/evening schedules. The pattern is typically three-day shifts plus one off shift. Off shift options are , , or 1245- 2315. Call is one weekday call per week plus one 24-hour call in each four-week schedule block. Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.

• Prior travel experience required
• Must have 2 years of OR experience
• Must have large (500 beds) trauma level 1 experience
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
• Please have circulate AND scrub skills checklists in packet
• Strong experience required:
  Gen OR
• Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma

• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 11/02
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

• Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
• Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November
