Registered Nurse – Endoscopy travel assignment in Burlington, Vermont. Start date 10/08/2026 for 4 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,184 to $2,256. Shift: 10-hour days (4x10). Travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Guaranteed hours are not guaranteed.

10/08/2026 - Setting: hospital endoscopy unit
- Provide direct endoscopy unit nursing care, including pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure recovery for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures with conscious sedation.
- Assist with ERCPs and other endoscopic procedures; start IVs, monitor vitals, administer and monitor sedation as authorized, and manage patient safety throughout the procedure.
- Prepare and turnover procedure rooms, maintain sterile technique, and support the gastroenterology team with equipment and supplies.
- Document thoroughly in EPIC EMR, including H&P, peri-procedural notes, and post-procedure recovery details, within the past 2 years.
- Rotate shifts as scheduled (days/evenings) with on‑call responsibilities; no unit floating; adhere to holiday coverage requirements (2 out of 4 holidays).
- Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions to patients and families as appropriate.
- Current RN license eligibility to practice in Vermont (active preferred)
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; prior travel experience strongly preferred; experience in trauma 1, large teaching facilities (500+ beds) preferred
- Endoscopy/endoscopy-suite experience and EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years required
- Proficient in starting IVs, conducting H&P assessments, and supporting post-procedure recovery for patients receiving conscious sedation
- Ability to work in an endoscopy suite; on-call required; no floating; reliable transportation to and from shifts
