We are hiring a Breakfast Cook to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
- Prepare breakfast items for buffet along with a la cart orders
- Maintain buffet hot breakfast items
- Prepare to order tickets of the a la cart menu along with to-go orders
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Empty trash and maintain kitchen in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Wash Dishes
- Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
- Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
- Represent MCHG positively in the community
Qualifications
- Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
- Prior experience in food service, particularly cooking is required
- Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
