Pizzeria Verità – Burlington, VT

We’re looking for someone solid, dependable, and detail-oriented to work in our salad and antipasti station. This is a fast-paced, key spot in the kitchen — you set the tone before the pizza even hits the table.

• Execute all salads and appetizer dishes to recipe and plating standards
• Maintain mise en place and station organization throughout service
• Work clean, fast, and with strong communication during busy shifts
• Prep vegetables, dressings, garnishes, and small plates daily
• Maintain proper labeling, rotation, and sanitation standards
• Support the pizza and hot line teams when needed

• Line cook experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen
• Pride in clean work and organized stations
• Positive attitude and team mindset
