This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Associate position located in VT, NH. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting AT&T and Cricket Wireless products and services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store’s visual presentation. The role involves leveraging product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and conducting follow‑ups to enhance the customer experience while contributing to team success.

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
• Technical proficiency with mobile devices, telecommunications, and related products
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
