We are looking to add to our team of industry leading Store Managers, whose main areas of responsibilities include overseeing our retail operation, managing staff, achieving sales and safety goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Employing a hands-on approach, the Store Manager runs a business unit that is the life blood of our company.

Minimum Qualifications

• High drive for operational excellence and experience in grocery retail specifically
• Strong people leader with leadership characteristics that align with our company culture centered around putting people first; humility, integrity and community
• Invest time in the development of your team and continually plan for sustainable succession and retention
• Model and encourage inclusive and welcoming behaviors in the teammate and guest environments
• Adept communicator and demonstrate consistent follow through
• Ability to travel up to one hour each way to/from your residence
• At least 18 years of age

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in grocery retail or other related retail fields
• Understanding of merchandising, operations, service, supply chain, inventory, sales
• Relevant managerial experience - Grocery Retail Management Preferred
