VTC Business Coordinator

Provide financial management and clinical trial budget development support exclusively for the Vaccine Testing Center (VTC). Responsibilities include salary distribution oversight, industry-sponsored clinical trial budget development and tracking, financial reporting, invoicing coordination, and operational forecasting. The role works closely with VTC leadership and institutional partners to ensure fiscal accuracy and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience in sponsored research finance, clinical trial budgeting, or academic medical center research administration.

• Previous experience with clinical research.

$55,000 - $65,000

• Probationary period may be required.
• Contingent on continued funding.
• Hybrid schedule option: split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy.
• Background check required.
