The Breakdown:

The OMNI Retail Operations Specialist focuses on managing the in-store OMNI Channel technology and operational processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance sales and fulfilment , improve customer engagement, and streamline processes within the mobile point of sale (mPOS).

What You Get to Do :

• Leverage technolog y tools and mPOS platform (New Store) to streamline operations and enhance customer shopping experience.
• Oversee the in-store OMNI channel processes of fulfilment, remote sales, exchanges, and returns .
• Works with digital and retail teams to execute regional safety stock strategies , promotions, and product launches .
• Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to support the management of retail business operations .
• Compare inventory and transactional data between ERP and MPOS systems, performing weekly audits and analysis to keep systems aligned.
• Assists with on-going mPOS enhancements performing testing and training on new features and functionality.
• Gathers feedback from retail teams to drive continuous improve men ts to the OMNI channel shopping experience .

What You'll Bring to The Team:

• 2-3 years of within a retail or digital operations role.
• Experience with point of sale, order management, and ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to analyze large data sets
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team

Core Capabilities That Would Help You Succeed in This Role :

• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Experience with mobile commerce and app-based retail experiences
