Advanced Infusion Care (AIC) – Regional Sales Manager (New England)

Candidates should have the ability to travel throughout the territory, which includes Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.

Targeted Compensation: $200,000+ plus commissions on new patient starts and residual monthly grams.

This executive, field‑based sales position is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals in the assigned territory. Duties include establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers to generate new business. The role requires a consultative sales approach to a range of customers—including physicians, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants—to promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services.

Target accounts are identified and prioritized in collaboration with the VP of Sales, in addition to traditional prospecting such as cold calling and follow‑up on company‑generated leads. This role is a fully individual‑contributor sales position with no direct reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy or B2B product sales position.
• Preferred experience in neurology, allergy/immunology, pulmonary, transplant, or rheumatology specialties.
• Preferred that candidates have an existing book of relationships in the neurology/immunology field.
