Job DescriptionWe are searching for the best talent for Account Executive, AHH to be in Burlington, VT territory.
Responsibilities- Own the full range of Ethicon offerings including hemostasis, energy sealing, dissection, stapling, wound closure platforms.
- Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
- Be assigned a sales territory focusing on physicians and hospital institutions.
- Be accountable to attain the forecast in assigned accounts/territory.
- Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on opportunities within accounts.
- Understand and demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the operating room.
- Manage customer questions and objections consistently with product indications and sales training methodology.
- Execute the selling cycle in a manner that drives results, is concise, professional, ethical, and compliant with healthcare guidelines.
- Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in training courses.
- Analyze data, stay updated about market information, and conduct business planning.
- Build excellent customer relations with key physicians, hospital personnel, and authorized distributors, and conduct customer education seminars as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant business experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare, with exceptional achievement of sales objectives.
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Strong sales performance, ability to target accounts, achieve results through a daily action plan, collaborate with peers, marketing, strategic account managers, external distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Hospital‑based pharmaceutical or medical device experience (operating room sales) and experience selling to a highly educated/high‑profile customer base.
- Experience developing new, innovative markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
- Team oriented.
- Business behavior, communication, consulting, cross‑selling, customer centricity, customer effort score, customer retention, execution focus, goal attainment, hospital operations, innovation, market research, medicines and device development and regulation, sales, solutions selling, sustainable procurement, vendor selection.
$65,000 – $105,225
Benefits and CompensationThe Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. The position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and a company car through the FLEET program.
