What You Will Achieve
- Develop durable business, deepen collaboration with Retail Pharmacy Field Leaders, and grow appropriate use of Pfizer Primary Care Retail Pharmacy products.
- Identify shared objectives, align resources, and deploy innovative solutions to achieve targeted business results.
- Ensure access to the Pfizer retail pharmacy portfolio through productive relationships and projects/education that drive operationalization.
- Engage diverse local stakeholders; work effectively in highly matrixed Pfizer and Retail customer organizations.
- Initiate/cultivate relationships with key retail pharmacy field leaders and decision makers/influencers.
- Leverage Pfizer value proposition to create mutually beneficial business opportunities.
- Use stakeholder insights, customer planning, internal data sets (including Watchtower), and account management tools (e.g., Valkre).
- Train approved field leaders; use PHDT to identify geographic/demographic immunization opportunities.
- Implement and measure customer-aligned projects/educations; progress operationalization areas (Communication, Education, Patient Identification, Execution, Stocking).
- Generate immunization initiatives using RC-approved resources; execute marketing programs with RC-approved materials.
- Align with Retail Trade Account Director (TAD) and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, PCA, Government Relations, Legal/Compliance).
- Provide geographic/customer insights to marketing/strategy teams and share/scale best practices.
- Meet customers live/virtually as needed; comply with corporate policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years pharmaceutical/retail-related sales and marketing experience.
- Valid US driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50% (domestic/overnight as needed).
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives; lead through influence in a matrix environment.
- Experience engaging large-account decision makers; strategic stakeholder business plan execution.
- Strong project management; executive-level customer presentations; excellent communication of clinical/public health value.
- Strong business acumen, problem solving, data-informed prioritization; understanding of US healthcare landscape.
- Advanced degree; prior retail pharmacy/large organized customer account management experience.
