Clinical Research Finance Coordinator

The Clinical Research Finance Coordinator will provide financial management and clinical trial budget development support exclusively for the Vaccine Testing Center (VTC). Responsibilities include salary distribution oversight, industry-sponsored clinical trial budget development and tracking, financial reporting, invoicing coordination, and operational forecasting. This role works closely with VTC leadership and institutional partners to ensure fiscal accuracy and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience. Four or more years of experience in sponsored research finance, clinical trial budgeting, or academic medical center research administration.

Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience with clinical research.

Anticipated Pay Range - $55,000-$65,000

Special Conditions - A probationary period may be required, contingent on continued funding. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy. Background Check required for this position.
