Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, while reporting unusual behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with visitor-related questions, and following post orders for alarm response, escort activity, and other security-related duties as assigned
