Job Overview

The Rapid Response Officer works as part of an elite, highly adaptable team that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor. Officers learn multiple locations instead of a single home site, enabling rapid growth and a well‑rounded, agile skill set. Positions are full‑time; there is no stationary home base.

Schedule

• Flexibility required; shifts vary week‑to‑week across multiple sites.
• Day team covers short‑term 1st or 2nd shift openings.
• Night team covers all other shifts during overnight hours.
• Standard shifts are 8 hours, though 4, 6, 10, or 12‑hour shifts occur.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, professional, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ready to grow within the company.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced or changing environments.
• Flexible availability for 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old or over.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area.
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card (Securitas will assist after hire).
