Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.;
Report maintenance, access control, or security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with established procedures.
