Rapid Response Security Officer

Securitas seeks a Rapid Response Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets across client sites. In this mobile, field-based role, you will respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and service calls; conduct foot and vehicle patrols; control access; and provide a visible security presence. You will document incidents, support emergency procedures, and collaborate with clients and public safety partners. Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, and service calls across assigned sites
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards
• Control access, verify identification, and enforce site security procedures
• Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Complete clear, timely incident and daily activity reports
• Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed
• Operate radios, smartphones, and security technology systems
• Follow post orders, company policies, and safety protocols
• Support emergency evacuations and crowd control when required
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients and visitors
