Working Foreman/Lead Mechanic
Up to $42/hour based on experience
Monday thru Friday, DAYS!!!

Responsibilities- You will take ownership of the operation while also serving as a hands on mechanic.
- The candidate will work along side one other mechanic and it will be the responsibility of this position to ensure productivity, shop cleanliness, safety and mechanical excellence including diagnostics and preventative maintenance.
- The position is responsible for prioritizing the workload, communicating with the customer and working on a variety of fleet vehicles.
- The equipment and the operation will work on includes trucks, tractors, reefer trailers.
- In addition, this position will order parts and communciate with vendors; ensure compliance with federal and state repair requirements; perform preventive maintenance and repair work necessary on fleet vehicles; conduct inspections and diagnostic tests along with identifying worn or damage parts needing repair or replacement

Requirements- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Class A CDL
** Required** - Strong communication (written and verbal) a must
- Computer skills: MS Office, GMail, TMT (Maintenance Software)
- Diagnostic skills preferred (Cummins, MX, Detroit, Paccar)
- Own set of tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
