As a skilled carpenter at Peregrine Design/Build, you’ll be the face of our company on job sites, bringing our design ideas to life with precision and care. You’ll mentor others, uphold our standards of craftsmanship, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while maintaining our reputation in the community.

What You’ll Do:- Perform high-quality carpentry work on residential renovations and custom home projects
- Apply your skill in framing, finish work, and detailed build-outs
- Work collaboratively with teammates across design and production
- Contribute to a jobsite culture that values clarity, communication, and doing work the right way
- Mentor less-experienced team members and help elevate overall team capability
- Have solid residential carpentry experience
- Take pride in your craftsmanship and ability to problem-solve in the field

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM - Paid lunch and coffee break
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide own basic carpenter and hand tools
- Applicants should live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance to Chittenden County, Vermont
- $28-38 per hour, based on experience
- 13 days of Combined Time Off (CTO) - personal, sick, vacation. 18 days after 5 years.

We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role.
